Job Title: System Management Engineer

CV Library is seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Management Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering BMS Service, Maintenance and Support to an allocated base, while providing a proactive approach and developing meaningful relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service and Maintenance: You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining building management systems at client sites across London.
  2. Operational Excellence: You will operate within the company's policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and responsible working environment.
  3. Energy and Enhancement Projects: You will identify energy and enhancement projects to provide suggestions and opportunities beneficial for both parties.
  4. Team Support: You will take part in the team call-out rota and support other members of the team where possible.

Requirements:

  1. Electrical Background: An Electrical background, BMS and/or HVAC industry experience would be beneficial but not necessary.
  2. Field Service Experience: You possess previous experience in the Field Service environment, where you had to look after customers.
  3. Strong Track Record: You can demonstrate related work experience and a strong track record in a similar role.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
  5. Driving License: You hold a full driving license.
