Exciting Opportunity for a Field Service & Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service & Sales Engineer to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Field Service & Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the Devon and Cornwall patch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend clients' sites to work on the service and maintenance of hand pallet trucks
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients
  • Upsell company services and new equipment to clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a field service or sales role
  • Strong technical knowledge of hand pallet trucks and related equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
