Field Service & Sales Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service & Sales Engineer to join our team in Plymouth, covering the Devon & Cornwall patch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and maintenance to our clients, while also driving sales growth through repeat business and upselling of company services and new equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend clients' sites to work on the service and maintenance of hand pallet trucks
  • Be the face of the company in the field, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services and new equipment
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive sales growth and achieve targets
