They are looking to hire a Business Development Manager based in the South of England to grow the business by gaining new clients as well as managing and maximising potential of current clients.
They pride themselves on their ability to deliver high-quality solutions, provide expert technical support and offer first-class customer experience.

This client offers a competitive salary for this position accompanied by an excellent benefits package including 33 days annual leave, a generous car allowance, excellent pension scheme, bonus scheme of up to 30% as well as private healthcare for yourself, partner, and any other dependents.

Manage existing accounts and implement a strategy to achieve the maximum business potential for each account.
Establish and maintain customer relationships and accounts, with a focus on maximising and realising sales target.
Identify and target new business opportunities with pro-active research and development to promote the business portfolio of industry leading solutions and services.
Develop and support all accounts by providing an exceptional customer service attitude and creating a culture to maintain business loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns promoting the business across a range of platforms including social media.
Forecasting and business planning.

Strong experience in business development and key account management.
Previous experience working with Cables /ducting
Ability to understand financial data.
Full driver’s License.
