Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Select Energy UK Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic partnerships. They will also be involved in market research, proposal writing, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Write and present proposals to secure new business and partnerships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales and account management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business growth strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and market research skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Must drive and have own vehicle
