Your new role
You will be required to have the intention and drive to work towards a registered manager status. Taking an active role in developing care services for patients with dementia, striving to improve, maintain and monitor the quality of dementia care through audit of practice, education, training, and the delivery of person-centred care.
Your new role is looking for a leader and manager who is innovative, fun, and approachable but is also knowledgeable with the skills to support the care home to excel as a leader in dementia care.

What you'll need to succeed
If you have Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care or are currently working towards this leadership and management qualification, whilst already having experience and an in-depth working knowledge of dementia being essential, then this is the perfect role for youYou will also need experience as a manger, clinical professional or Social Worker, with people who are living with dementia and would relish a change of direction to residential care.
