Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored care and assistance to the individuals you support, aiding them in their daily activities, and promoting their independence.
You will be a vital member of a compassionate team devoted to positively impacting the lives of those you assist.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality care and support customized to the unique needs of each resident.
2. Assist with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and medication management.
3. Facilitate residents' access to community resources and participation in social events.
4. Encourage independence, choice, and respect for all residents.
5. Keep precise records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions.
6. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
7. Participate in sleep-in shifts as necessary.
Requirements:
1. A valid UK driver's license is essential.
2. Must possess flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
3. Experience in social care is required.
4. A caring and empathetic disposition with a strong dedication to making a meaningful difference in others' lives.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
What We Offer:
1. Competitive hourly wage of £12.00.
