Role Overview:


As a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in delivering personalized care and assistance to the individuals under your supervision, aiding them in their daily activities, and promoting their independence.

This position entails collaborating closely with individuals who have diverse needs, including those requiring complex care.

You will be a vital member of a compassionate team dedicated to positively impacting the lives of the individuals you support.


Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care and support customized to the unique needs of each resident.
Assist with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and medication management.
Facilitate residents' access to community resources and participation in social engagements.
Encourage independence, choice, and dignity for all residents.
Maintain precise records of care provided and communicate any changes in residents' conditions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
Engage in sleep-in shifts as necessary.

Requirements:
A valid UK driver's license is essential.
Must possess full flexibility to work a comprehensive range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Experience in social care is required.
A caring, empathetic disposition and a strong dedication to positively influencing others' lives.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

What's On Offer:
Competitive hourly wage of £12.00 per hour.
