As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to fuel our company's growth, including:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential risks
Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and maximize sales effectiveness
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to track business development activities and results 
Proven experience in New Business Development or sales roles
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office application
