An experienced Software Trainer with 2 years of customer service experience is needed to join our team at Club Manager Central based in Chelmsford on a hybrid working model.

You do not need experience in software training but must demonstrate how your experience relates to this.

This is a hybrid role where there is a flexible element of working in the office and also at home.

**About the Role**

This is a mixed role combining training on the platform with account management to include reviewing existing accounts and contacting customers where necessary.

Full training on the company's product portfolio and bespoke system will be given.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- 30 hours per week across five days per week - Hours to be discussed
- Receiving new customers from the sales team and undertaking a series of 45-55 minute training sessions
- To gain an understanding of customers’ businesses and demonstrate items within the product to benefit them
- To ensure that customers’ transitions to ClubManager are as effective and seamless as possible
- Driving wider business change to improve customer satisfaction
- Running business reviews for accounts and reporting to customers
- Keeping accurate records of all client interactions and ensuring all CRM software systems are maintained and kept up-to-date
- Identifying and reporting back on any opportunities that might be relevant to the business. Including feeding back to the development team
- Assist in the creation of training materials for new features

**Required Experience**:

- Two years customer service experience is essential
- This is not a technical role but you must have strong experience using CRM / database software systems
- Some sales experience would be beneficial
- Passionate in building great relationships with customers and helping businesses grow.
- Confident in using cloud based software systems
- A natural problem solver with excellent communication skills adept at finding solutions for problems the customers didn’t even know they had
- You are resourceful and great at encouraging cross team collaboration - And most importantly have a strong belief in the mission and excitement for driving positive change
- Must be a UK resident and be able to commute to our office
