We looking to appoint a Client Liaison Assistant to join our team and assist in the delivery of a business-critical service to ensure that our customers' expectations are exceeded.
In this role, you will manage all additional contacts, proactively monitor customer commitments and appointments, and ensure that all confirmed purchase orders are analysed to verify correct completion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The key responsibilities of a Client Liaison Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver onboarding calls to fully welcome clients, ensure all information is relayed to them on the relevant training programme they have purchased and that the first point of contact with AFL post purchase is positive, friendly and informative.
- Management of authorised payment plan debt, collecting outstanding funds and working with the client to ensure all payment targets are met.
- Liaise with customers, primarily by telephone, to identify, at a holistic level, their service requirements.
- Take ownership and manage customers’ expectations.
- Ensure own compliance with quality procedures.
- Proactively monitor customer work, contact customers early to advise of problems with meeting commitments or appointments, agreeing a new date if necessary
Deal with queries from the customer and ensure other questions that arise during contact are directed to the correct place for resolution.
- Compile and report customer satisfaction survey results to understand if they are fully satisfied with their initial training and learning environment.

The key skills and qualities of a Client Liaison Assistant are:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, trainers, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and trainers.
- A willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours as needed.
- Marketing and branding experience, including database management, event documentation production, and procurement of brand merchandise and promotional visuals.
