Role: Regional Sales Director – MEA
Location: UK (hybrid/remote)
Salary: Up to £130k Base x2 OTE
Rapidly growing, early-stage SaaS vendor with clear PMF and funding from Tier 1 VCs
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years Enterprise closing experience, landing large Enterprise deals between $200k and $1M.
- Proven track record of opening / scaling the Middle East / UAE territory at a SaaS scale-up.
- Experience selling to Business Stakeholders into the Hospitality or Retail vertical.
- Results-focussed, and eager to drive impact on a critical team.
- Trained in Sales Methodologies - e.g. MEDDIC.
- Must be UK-based.
About the Role:
Joining as the first Regional Sales Director to open the MEA market, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying net-new logos, building relationships with key decision-makers, and demonstrating how the product solves customer pains. You'll leverage your strong communication and presentation skills to close deals $200k + with global enterprise logos. Additionally, you’ll help expand market presence within Enterprise within your territory, and partner with the VP on the Middle East / UAE GTM strategy.
