Your new role This is a varied position, and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Dealing with recruitment and selection of talent. Posting job ads and monitoring job boards. Coordinating on-boarding and leaving procedures and employee processes. Liaising internally with multiple departments and externally with agencies. Maintaining HR records with confidentiality and in accordance with GDPR. Handling people's queries via the recruitment and HR mailbox. Supporting the team with employees’ holiday or sickness leave and maintaining databases up-to-date.
