We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page HR. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a robust people strategy, contributing significantly to the overall success of the company.
About the Role
You will be a trusted advisor and partner to the leadership team, providing excellent support and guidance across all areas of your business unit. This is a hybrid working role, with the option to work from home 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business, including talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring needs of the business and employment law are considered at all times.
- Drive performance management processes, working with line managers to up-skill and change behaviours.
- Implement and monitor ongoing HR performance indicators.
- Support change management processes, including organizational design and restructuring.
Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 or above.
- Proven HR generalist experience at Business Partner level.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Proficiency in employment law.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Ability to design and implement HR strategies.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
