About the Role

You will be a trusted advisor and partner to the leadership team, providing excellent support and guidance across all areas of your business unit. This is a hybrid working role, with the option to work from home 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business, including talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring needs of the business and employment law are considered at all times.
  • Drive performance management processes, working with line managers to up-skill and change behaviours.
  • Implement and monitor ongoing HR performance indicators.
  • Support change management processes, including organizational design and restructuring.

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 or above.
  • Proven HR generalist experience at Business Partner level.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Proficiency in employment law.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Ability to design and implement HR strategies.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
