About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as a Business Manager at Oak Tree Health Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, enhancing patient care, and ensuring the financial health of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the practice.
  • Manage the practice budget, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, carers, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject.
  • Relevant professional membership and/or evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
  • Management qualification (desirable).
