Rapidly growing, digital content agency with a roster of incredible Consumer, D2C and B2B brands have a new role Head of Performance & Digital Campaigns (organic and paid social and paid search)
At a pivotal point of growth they are seeking a strategic marketing expert with proven success in creating multi-platform campaigns, from influencer-driven to social brand content, with a clear record of delivering ROI.

You'll oversee the successful execution of multiple campaign elements—from Hero and mini-campaigns to organic and paid media strategies, out-of-home placements, influencer partnerships, and more—managing them end-to-end for their top-tier national and international clients.

Leadership is crucial in this role and you will have full management responsibility for the paid social, paid search and organic teams.

Salary: £70,000 + Benefits, Hybrid working

Evaluating and implementing performance management software and tools to help collect and analyse performance data more effectively.
Full management of the Performance and Social team including appraisals and annual reviews.
Identifying training and development needs within the organisation to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees, teams, or departments

6+ years of agency experience, with a strong social media focus and sharp commercial awareness.
~ Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines across various client accounts and projects.
~ Excellent leadership skills with experience in team building and management.
