About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our brand, content, and social media strategy for Allianz Trade in Northern Europe. As the Head of Brand Experience and Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with Allianz Trade's overall business objectives and goals.
  • Lead a team of two in the UK, including the Brand and Content Manager and Social Media Specialist.
  • Collaborate with specialist agencies and Group colleagues in our Paris HQ to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
  • Support the delivery of content and brand campaigns to drive brand and category awareness.
  • Guide organic social media activity to increase followers and engagement.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sales enablement platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Highspot.
  • Work closely with the NEUR Head of Marketing and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and coordination across all marketing efforts.
  • Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve ranking, traffic, and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Strong team leadership skills with the ability to support, develop, and motivate.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing B2B brand, content, and social media strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience selecting, working with, and managing marketing agencies.
  • A creative thinker and problem solver with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in marketing and leading a team.
  • Degree-level marketing qualification or equivalent.
