About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Head of Brand and Content Strategy to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand and content strategy that drives business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a robust brand and content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of content across multiple channels, including website, social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand and content initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for brand and content initiatives, ensuring effective ROI and resource allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform and improve brand and content strategies.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing experts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of brand and content initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on brand and content strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and content strategies that drive business growth and engagement.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of digital marketing experts.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Passion for creating and delivering engaging and impactful content that resonates with customers and audiences across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Data-driven and customer-centric approach to content strategy, with the ability to measure and evaluate the performance and impact of content.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the willingness to experiment and try new things.
  • Ability to develop new digital propositions and create robust test and learn programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to get the best out of in-house data analysts and strategists.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of delivering commercial success and understanding the importance and impact of effective reporting.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and how to drive the best efforts of the resources available.
