Demonstrating an understanding of Regional business needs, developing strong partner relationships, and balancing local with global requirements will be key to success. The Strategy & Execution - EMEA Growth Manager will work in collaboration with the EMEA Strategic Growth Leader to implement global growth initiatives and changes locally, including but not limited to business processes, technologies, tools and systems.
In this way, the Strategy & Execution - EMEA Growth Manager will be instrumental to enabling the regional team to make better decisions in strategic and tactical matters, have more informed discussions, using data and analytics, and increasing capacity for broking teams to spend time with clients and trading partners, ultimately culminating in achieving New/New business results in EMEA.

Support the EMEA Growth leaders in strategic business planning to drive delivery of regional growth objectives:
Consider trade offs and prioritization of local initiatives
Support performance tracking against growth targets and investment using global tools
Represent EMEA growth teams, demonstrating a thorough understanding of regional business needs, challenges and feedback to inform and optimize global tools, discipline frameworks and reporting
Partner with broking and other business functions (risk, operations, finance, HR etc) to accelerate programs and initiatives critical to delivering regional growth objectives
Develop local execution roadmaps and accelerate execution
Implement global tools, discipline and reporting frameworks solving for local nuances to enable sustainable adoption through embedded behavioural change
Identify relevant project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
~Project management experience including across regional businesses
~ An analytical and commercial mind-set with the ability to balance strategic needs with accelerating execution to deliver timely business results
~ Experience with collaborating across business units i.e HR, Finance, Legal, IT and able to flexible manage and leverage resources in a sophisticated global matrix structure
