Experience managing complex technical projects and teams.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills, across all levels of the Business.
Comfortable building proposals, presenting findings and promoting the Network and Security team by developing relationships with peers, wider team members and senior stakeholders within the Business.
Understand the need for and follow both information security policies and Business processes, such as incident management, change and configuration management.
Incident, change and problem management experience.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work by shifting focus as and when required.
Exposure to or certification in ITIL.
Motivating, training, managing and providing coaching to staff and feeding back in an effective manner.
Managing and owning delivery of network projects from conception through to transition into production.
Coordinating with Project Managers to ensure work packages are planned and executed within agreed timescales.
