The Role of Marketing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for someone happy to manage the Marketing department while the current manager is on maternity leave. With the support of your creative executive, you will be instrumental in developing campaigns from end to end, developing creative marketing strategies, and executing plans using the full mix of online and offline marketing activities.

  • Digital strategy - web, SEO/SEM, email, social
  • Maintain consistency within social media - design and build media presence.
  • Design and coordination of events
  • Ensure that the marketing activities are kept within the budget
  • Work with wider teams to create content
  • Develop a marketing funnel to support lead generation
  • Research/analysis - market trends, competitors, customers

A rapidly growing healthcare distributor based in stoke-on -Trent offering semi remote working for a maternity contract. This is a small but growing company, with ambitions to be the leading distributor within their field. Requirements for the Marketing Manager:

You will have previous experience working in a full-mix marketing role with a creative flair. Happy to work in a small but growing team in a busy environment.

  • Strong in creative marketing
  • Managing SEO, email, and social.
  • Event management
  • Mailchimp, Adobe Creative, Canva, WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics (or similar)
  • Lead generating marketing campaigns
  • Design skills
  • Digital and marketing analytics
  • Degree in marketing or similar
  • Able to commute to Stoke office x2 days a month and ad-hoc
  • Happy to cover the Maternity contract

Remuneration & Benefits for Marketing Manager

  • Salary based on experience. Basic salary range - £40- £50,000K pa.
