About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Delivery Supervisor to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our Marketing Delivery department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our overnight marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of content for multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including pre-planned and ad-hoc promotions.
  • Set up, track, and deliver offers, as well as send promotional messaging to drive customer interest.
  • Maintain global communication schedules, ensuring adherence to sending regulations.
  • Verify set-ups for user data, content, and offers to ensure CRM requirements are met.
  • Screen content before sending to customers, ensuring it meets campaign briefs.
  • Act as a point of contact for campaign-related queries or problems, assessing capabilities and escalating where necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reducing errors and increasing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance departmental standards, aligning with regulatory and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to execute processes with a methodical and consistent approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop individuals in a team environment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with experience working under pressure and managing multiple requests.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience in marketing-based roles.
