Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Delivery Supervisor to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our Marketing Delivery department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our overnight marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of content for multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including pre-planned and ad-hoc promotions.
  • Verify set-ups for user data, content, and offers to ensure they meet CRM requirements and make necessary amendments.
  • Screen content before it is sent to customers, ensuring it meets the campaign brief and achieves the desired purpose.
  • Collaborate with management to continuously improve and develop departmental standards in line with regulatory and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in marketing-based roles is advantageous.

Working Arrangements:

The night shift follows a 7 on/7 off pattern, with a working week running from Monday to Sunday, followed by a full week of 7 nights off. Typical shifts may start at 19:30 and finish at 07:00.
