About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Delivery Supervisor to join our team at Bet365. As a key member of our Marketing Delivery department, you will be responsible for executing global marketing campaigns, including the delivery of localized offers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of content for multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including both pre-planned and ad-hoc promotions.
  • Set up, track, and deliver offers, in addition to sending the required promotional messaging to drive customer interest.
  • Maintain global communication schedules, ensuring that the schedules and sending regulations are being adhered to.
  • Check set-ups for user data, content, and offers to ensure all facets meet CRM requirements, amending where necessary.
  • Screen content before it is sent directly to customers, ensuring it achieves the correct purpose, following the corresponding campaign brief.
  • Act as a point of contact for any queries or problems relating to campaigns, assessing our capabilities in finding a resolution or escalating appropriately where required.
  • Seek ways to improve processes by eradicating errors and improving efficiency.
  • Work with management to continuously improve and develop departmental standards in line with regulatory and brand guidelines.

  • Proven ability to execute processes utilizing a methodical and consistent approach.
  • Problem-solving skills to determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution.
  • Excellent level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate, organize, train, and develop individuals in a team environment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, while working to time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple requests at once, while being resilient and responsive to change.
  • Experience of leading a small team in a time-sensitive environment, meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in other marketing-based roles is advantageous.
