About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Delivery Supervisor to join our team at Bet365. As a key member of our Marketing Delivery department, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our global marketing campaigns, including the execution of localized offers and the management of customer communications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Campaign Execution: You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of content for multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including both pre-planned and ad-hoc promotions. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Offer Setup and Tracking: You will be responsible for setting up, tracking, and delivering offers, as well as sending promotional messaging to drive customer interest. This will require strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Schedule Management: You will be responsible for maintaining global communication schedules, ensuring that schedules and sending regulations are being adhered to. This will involve working closely with our compliance team to ensure that all campaigns meet regulatory requirements.
  • Content Screening: You will be responsible for screening our content before it is sent directly to customers, ensuring that it achieves the correct purpose and follows the corresponding campaign brief.
  • Issue Resolution: You will be the point of contact for any queries or problems relating to campaigns, assessing our capabilities in finding a resolution or escalating appropriately where required.
  • Process Improvement: You will be responsible for seeking ways to improve processes by eradicating errors and improving efficiency. This will involve working closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: You will have proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of marketing campaign execution and management.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: You will have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all campaigns meet regulatory requirements and are executed to a high standard.
