Lesniak Swann is a specialist B2B marketing and public relations agency with a growing client roster. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts, providing expert account management and strategic guidance.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored marketing solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns, research projects, and branding initiatives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an agency or client-side environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including strategy, research, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
- Dependable and proactive, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
What We Offer
- An annual salary of between £28,000 and £42,000, depending on experience.
- A pension contribution of 5%.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (usually 33 days a year in total).
- Additional time for Christmas closing – usually at least an extra 3 days.
- Flexible working with currently 50% of time spent in the office.
- Bonus scheme based on personal and agency performance.
