As a Care Support Lead, you will play a critical role within the practice team, assisting in the implementation of best-practice care pathways, protocols, and therapeutics. You will work closely with the product team, reporting directly to the Clinical Safety Officer, to ensure that the digital solutions are aligned with the latest care guidelines, standards, and regulations. ✅
Proactively seeking customer feedback and identifying pathways for development to enhance user experience while adhering to best practice guidelines.
~ Supporting software development teams with clinical insights and ensuring compliance with updated care guidelines.
~ Identifying and developing pathways for various care settings, including Positive Behaviour Support, Falls, Nutrition, Supported Living, Incident Management, Dementia, and Autism.
~ Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external professionals to review and develop digital assets.
~⚠️ Monitoring and addressing potential risks from a clinical perspective and supporting risk management.
~ You will likely have a background in care or clinical research, with experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, dementia, adult social care, or similar areas. You are passionate about improving outcomes through digital solutions and are keen to stay up-to-date with current care guidelines and standards.
Familiarity with digital systems in a care environment, demonstrating the ability to use technology to enhance care delivery.
Empathy and understanding of diverse care types and sectors to ensure inclusivity in pathway development.
