Head of Sales

As our business grows, we require an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic and successful fashion jewellery and accessories business to drive sales nationally and internationally. The business requires a fashion-focused individual, with a strong understanding of accessories trends and products, with good business contacts to identify and grow new opportunities and strengthen the existing accounts. Working closely with the Creative Director and a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow the wholesale and concessions accounts by developing new potential opportunities nationally and internationally.
  • Understanding and managing the Critical Path to meet client drop dates.
  • Working closely with the Design team to cover specific client design requirements, to fulfil customer briefs.
  • Working closely with the concessions buying team to utilize sales information across accounts to develop stronger ranges.
  • Confident at presenting in customer meetings.
  • Excellent knowledge of costings and price negotiations with Buyers.
  • Strong knowledge of order process from PO raising to Delivery.
  • Ability to liaise with staff, and management at all levels.
  • Coordinating with our Far East team.

Key Skills:

  • Good contacts with High Street Accounts and Jewellery/Accessories buyers.
  • Supplier background essential with 7 -10 years’ experience required.
  • Understanding jewellery sourcing, manufacturing, testing and QC requirements.
  • Ability to communicate and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels, across the business.
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve to find a solution.
