**Our client is a fast-growing company in the Hospitality sector.The Head of Sales work closely with the operations and marketing teams and will be responsible for driving sales across multiple venues across the UK.**

**Responsibilties**
- Take full ownership of the sales model across the UK from lead generation through to completion.
- Partake in the recruitment process and training of the sales teams.
- Accurately forecast revenue and effectively plan the strategy.
- Accurately report all sales and participate in leadership meetings.
- Manage third party CRM systems.
- Much more

**About you**:

- Previous experience at this level in a £20m+ revenue business.
- Experience in hospitality sales (restaurant/hotel/entertainment)
- A great motivator and leader of high-performing sales teams.
- Great with systems and CRM platforms.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
