Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a National Account Manager at THE SERVICE DIRECTORY. The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key national accounts, developing strategic account plans, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.


Qualifications

  • Account Management, Sales, and Business Development skills
  • Experience with F&B and Hygiene suppliers is desirable
  • Experience in developing strategic account plans and relationship building
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends
  • Knowledge of procurement processes in the Healthcare and Education sectors
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM software
