National Account Manager

We're a small, award-winning translation agency based in Glasgow, providing B2B technical translation services globally. Our mission is to deliver high-quality translations that help clients achieve their business goals through better communication and collaboration.
As a National Account Manager, you'll work closely with our sales team to develop new business, manage client accounts, and drive sales over the phone and face-to-face. You'll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales goals
