Role: Marketing Executive

Location: Walsall, West Midlands (On-site)

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE


About the Role:

My client is actively looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their highly skilled Marketing team. This role is essential in supporting a wide range of marketing activities, with a strong focus on digital marketing. Your expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media will be key to enhancing their online presence and improving the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Work with the Group Marketing Manager to create and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads.
  • Digital Optimization: Manage and optimise our digital presence through effective SEO, SEM, and social media practices.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for our websites and social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Google My Business.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance, providing monthly reports.
  • Agency Collaboration: Coordinate with external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across all digital channels.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain the Group’s brand and identity across all communication channels.
  • Additional Support: Assist the Group Marketing Manager with additional marketing tasks as needed.


Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMRUSH, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
