Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain content for company websites, social media, brochures, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to generate new leads and engage with employers through direct marketing.
  • Manage budgets for marketing materials and work closely with external suppliers.
  • Engage with employers through direct marketing and measure response performance across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Apprenticeship sector and ability to manage projects and ensure objectives are achieved in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driver's license and car ownership.
