About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at SFR Recruitment Solutions. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our brands across digital and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver creative and effective multi-channel marketing campaigns, focused on growing audiences for our products and services within our B2C and B2B paid channels.
  • Initiate, design, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns, including PPC activity and Paid Social Activity across all business units.
  • Manage the Affiliate Marketing strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Support the execution of new product launches through paid channels.
  • Utilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the data to improve the customer experience end-to-end at all relevant touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2C or B2B marketing position.
  • Successful track record managing paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Strong project management skills and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Work Arrangement

The role will be hybrid, with 3 days a week spent in the office and 2 days working from home.
