THE COMPANY: An international manufacturer of a wide range of orthopaedic devices and ancillaries, our client boasts a turnover north of 250M with a reputation going back over seventy years This division provide a range of hip, knee and shoulder products. This role will suit surgical sales candidates who are money motivated and confident prospecting new business. On target earnings here are £25K+
THE ROLE: As Sales Representative, the successful candidate will be managing some great existing accounts on territory, plus prospecting new business. Winning, managing and developing key clinical and commercial relationships within NHS and private hospitals will be key to your success. Typical contact will be with surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, ODPs, nurses and procurement. You will work closely with clinical support specialists who work on auditing, stock, case cover and training. This territory has huge potential to grow and develop shoulder implants, you will be selling superb 3D printing as well as their renowned knee implants.
THE PERSON: Candidates must have a proven business development track record in sales - this must be detailed on your CV. Any medical sales backgrounds will be considered so if you want to stand out from the crowd, make sure your KPIs and achievements are highlighted i.e. performance v target and accounts you have won/grown.
Full product training will be provided and career and earning potential is exciting, uncapped and realistic. You will have a mentor, plus shadowing opportunities and virtual training.
The Package for Sales Representative:
- Basic: £35,000 to £50,000 (some flex for industry)
- Commission: £25,000
- Car: Fully expensed company car or £600 car allowance
- Benefits: healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days + stats
