Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling surgical instruments, devices, and camera systems within a sports medicine portfolio to hospital environments (NHS & Private). You will work closely with surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement to identify sales opportunities and build insightful clinical and commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell surgical instruments, devices, and camera systems within a sports medicine portfolio to hospital environments (NHS & Private)
- Work closely with surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement to identify sales opportunities and build insightful clinical and commercial relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing business
- Provide product training and support to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical sales within the NHS
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing existing business
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full driving license and ability to travel extensively within the territory
What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary of £45,000 to £65,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped bonus scheme with potential earnings of £25,000+
- Company car or £550 monthly allowance
