Intrinsic Communications is a boutique events company specialising in bespoke dinner evenings, virtual events and two-day Summits. This role will work across all events, supporting the business as a whole.


About the role

Office based Mon-Thurs in London. Fridays from home.


This is not just a job, we offer a real career opportunity We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is not afraid to get stuck in and make this role their own.


Your marketing duties will include supporting the marketing director in delivering the marketing campaigns across the entire business, helping us achieve our objectives around delivery and lead generation. You will also play a significant role in the run-up to events, taking the lead on many operational aspects of the campaign and liaising with delegates, sponsors, and speakers.


Your admin duties will include supporting the business Directors, including the CEO with invoicing and any ad hoc bits and pieces as and when they arise – we promise that this is definitely not an EA role

We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude, someone well organized, and a total team player We love new ideas and approaches. We are always on the lookout for new ways of working, so someone who isn’t afraid to share their ideas and test new strategies would be the dream


The office is relaxed and fun, but due to the nature of events, we work to strict deadlines. Juggling many projects at once means you’ll need to be focused, organized, and meticulous about detail to ensure nothing is missed.


Marketing experience is not a necessity but a willingness to learn and an interest in new technologies would be great.


Day to Day duties

• Update company and event websites

• Manage social media channels – including creating content

• Email marketing

• Develop and manage media partnerships

• Pre/post-event communications

• Liaising with Clients and Sponsors

• Data Search

• Ad hoc admin tasks

• Process all delegate registrations

• Manage all event calendar invites and records

• Liaise with third-party supplies (venues, printers etc)
