The Company:
- B2B Demand Generation agency working with tech businesses across the UK,
- Highly invested and involved founders looking to drive success across the business.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify and contact potential customers
- Balance activity adequately between volume and quality to retain commercial value in sales pipeline
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, product and industry developments
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years of experience in a B2B outbound sales environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
The Package:
- A base salary up to £28k plus bonus (£10k). Earn commission on renewals
