Medical eRostering Project Manager

Job Type: Temporary

Location: Crewe, Cheshire

The successful candidate would be expected to work at the head office and hospital sites in Crewe.

Possibility of hybrid approach once the person has settled into the role.

Parking:

Free parking at head office site.

For the Hospital site arrangements can be put in place

Sector: Healthcare

Duration: This is a temporary role expected to be for 12 months and maybe longer

Band: 7/8A depending on skill and experience


Band 7 Pay Rates:

£19.50 - £22.50 paye per hour

£21.50 - £25.00 paye inclusive of holiday pay per hour

£24.50 - £28.50 umbrella per hour


Band 8A Pay Rates:

£23.00 - £26.50 paye per hour

£25.50 - £29.50 paye inclusive of holiday pay per hour

£29.00 - £33.50 umbrella per hour

All depending on skills and experience


Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm


Job Summary

The Project Manager will provide robust and dynamic project management whilst also championing the ethos and vision of the project in a supportive manner. This will include coordinating the project’s governance processes, engaging with and supporting multiple project workstreams and delivering on specific project responsibilities as and when required.


Qualifications Knowledge/Previous Experience

Workforce Management experience.

Knowledge of Medical Terms & Conditions Experience and knowledge of eRostering.

Experience of NHS regulatory processes, governance and strategic programme reporting.

Risk management experience of both operational and programme risks.

Demonstrable skill in understanding, analysing, and communicating complex information in an accessible manner.

Recognised project Management qualification i.e. APM, Prince 2

Educated to Graduate Level or equivalent level of experience.

Evidence of continuing professional development.


Skills

Track record of effective engagement and partnership working with internal stakeholders.

Ability to write detailed & accurate reports and analyse data.

Ability to prioritise own work, across the programme, liaising with other staff & teams. Team player, able to motivate, lead and inspire the team.

Flexible and resilient approach, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Independent self-starter, able to work with a high level of autonomy.

Sound political judgment and sensitivity when dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Plan projects, including liaison with contractors, suppliers, and Trust staff.

Complete projects on time, within budget and to required standards.

Able to use own judgement across the programme, including project related issues and design options taking into account factors such as legislation, terms and conditions, costs, timescales etc.
