To thrive in this position, you should bring a strong HR background coupled with a solid foundation in HR. A CIPD qualification—whether completed or in progress—is essential, along with global experience. Your ability to navigate and manage a complex matrix organisation will be key, as will your experience in a hybrid work environment where the team currently spends 2-3 days a week in the office, with flexibility offered.


We seek someone who can confidently advise managers on all aspects of people management, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor within the organisation.
