Job Summary

A Human Resources Business Partner is required to partner with Operating Unit Directors to align people strategies with business goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Unit Directors to implement business-specific people strategies that drive success.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize people metrics and external influences to identify key priorities and craft a future-focused people plan.
  • Financial Acumen: Gain in-depth knowledge of contract performance and financial aspects to inform strategic decisions.
  • Client Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with key clients and align people strategies to benefit both the business unit and clients.

This role requires an experienced HR professional with broad experience covering the NHS/Agenda for Change, Trade Unions, reward, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, restructuring, and leadership. A pragmatic approach to human capital solutions and ability to deliver accurate and timely management information are essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in HR roles, ideally in a healthcare background
  • Broad experience covering NHS/Agenda for Change, Trade Unions, reward, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, restructuring, and leadership
  • Pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
  • Ability to deliver accurate and timely management information
