Mental Health Assistant – Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group interventions to support students with SEMH needs.
  • Assist in creating personalised support plans and tracking students' progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement effective strategies.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school environment, fostering resilience and emotional well-being in students.


Mental Health Assistant – Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology or a related field from a Top 20 UK recognised university.
  • A genuine passion for mental health and supporting young people.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and organisational skills.
