About the Job: We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in Hounslow, West London NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to provide early intervention mental health support.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based interventions, conducting assessments and risk formulations, and contributing to service evaluations and audits. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops for parents and staff, deliver targeted and universal groups to primary and secondary school pupils, and provide therapeutic support to children, young people, and their families.

Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background in a relevant field, such as child and adolescent mental health practice. You will also require experience of working in a mental health setting, preferably with children, young people, and their families.

What We Offer: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from £42,939 to £50,697 per annum, inclusive of 15% HCAS. As a member of our team, you will also receive regular supervision and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
