About the Role

As a Physical Health Monitor, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients with physical health monitoring in primary care settings. This position requires a strong focus on patient-centred care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for undertaking and recording physical health checks, including height and weight measurements, blood pressure, temperature, and pulse readings, as well as venepuncture and blood glucose testing.

The successful candidate will also be expected to provide support to maintain patients' physical and mental wellbeing, recognising and reporting any changes in their condition.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong focus on patient-centred care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: £22,720.00 per year.
