Our client is a non-profit provider delivering crucial support to individuals suffering from substance misuse issues. With a strong history dating back to the late 1970s, they have established themselves as a nationwide provider helping thousands of service users daily.

Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Substance Misuse Practitioner to join their team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and IT skills, as well as knowledge of mental health interventions and services.

Key Tasks

  • To provide opiate substitute treatment with sensitivity and understanding
  • To work closely with service users to develop personalized recovery plans
  • To maintain effective relationships with clinical staff and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • A minimum of [£30,000 - £35,000] per annum salary for a motivated individual
  • Enhanced Child and Adults DBS certification within 12 months
  • A valid Right to Work in the UK
