We are looking for a Complex Needs Support Practitioner to join our team at Austin Fraser, a leading provider of specialist therapeutic education.
This role involves working directly with high-risk and complex neurodiverse pupils, providing them with a differentiated and holistic education, supported by a multidisciplinary team of experts.
About UsAustin Fraser provides specialist therapeutic education to exceptional neurodiverse children and young people aged 7 to 19 who have special educational needs and disabilities typically associated with autism, social emotional and mental health needs, and associated disorders.
Job Description:
The Complex Needs Support Practitioner will be responsible for providing direct support to high-risk and complex neurodiverse pupils in various settings, including community hubs, training centres, and libraries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including educationalists, therapists, social workers, and other experts to develop and implement tailored educational plans.
- Supporting pupils in their personal and social development, promoting emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Providing regular progress updates to parents/guardians and internal stakeholders.

- A competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
