A top Operations & Supply Chain boutique consulting firm is currently working with Consulting Point to help source an Equity Partner, to drive forward their Supply Chain Planning offering. The individual needs to come directly from a recognized consulting firm and possesses substantial relationships with a variety of clients across the UK, utilising this while expanding existing accounts.

They need a leader with a strong knowledge base in Supply Chain Advisory and Supply Chain Planning, having recent experience of leading an external consulting practice in this space. The role will have a business development target but this will only be part of the responsibilities, additionally working on practice development and wider business strategy. This is not a role for a purely hands-off account manager, they want an individual who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get actively involved in senior client work when required.

The aim is to find someone who is both entrepreneurial and collaborative, bringing in new and innovative approaches while understanding how it can be utilised across the wider offerings.

The company is a highly regarding global management consulting firm, with this position sitting within the UK Leadership Team.
