Overview:
This esteemed consultancy is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a seasoned professional to enhance its senior team. The ideal candidate will spearhead Life Sciences supply chain and operational transformation initiatives for prestigious global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive transformation projects for leading Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Biotech companies, focusing on various aspects such as:
- Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Advanced Planning Systems
- Operating Models
- Supply and Demand Planning
- Manage both large-scale and smaller project teams to ensure exceptional delivery for key international clients.
- Oversee the execution and realization of your strategic initiatives, engaging in hands-on implementation rather than solely advisory roles.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in management consultancy within a supply chain context is essential.
- Exposure to the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or Biotech sectors is preferred, although candidates from other manufacturing backgrounds will also be considered.
- Demonstrated success in leading projects related to S&OP, Advanced Planning Systems, Operating Models, and Supply and Demand Planning.
- Strong academic credentials (minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent; a Master’s degree is advantageous but not mandatory).
