GBP180,000 - GBP230,000 plus Performance Bonus and Commission

Pod Talent Ltd is collaborating with a prestigious global management consultancy that is expanding its Supply Chain and Procurement division.

This consultancy plays a vital role in shaping and executing comprehensive strategies for its clients and has a well-established and growing practice in the automotive sector.

The Senior Partner will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for formulating and executing business strategies to enhance the growth of this specialized area.

We seek a candidate with extensive experience in management consulting, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and a strong background in sales and business development.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will oversee your functional domain within the Supply Chain and Procurement sector, fostering growth and nurturing your already proficient team.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the automotive practice, which encompasses project delivery, recruitment, client relationship management, and strategic oversight.

Act as the primary contact for all clients in the automotive industry, leveraging your deep industry expertise to craft tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating strategy discussions with major clients, cultivating relationships, and establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Leading significant, high-stakes change management initiatives, including assessments of clients' operational strategies, organizational structures, and process enhancements.
  • Demonstrating prior consulting experience, particularly in management consultancy (whether boutique or large firms), with a history of team building and sector-specific practice development.
  • Exhibiting strong procurement, cost optimization, and supply chain expertise, particularly within the automotive and mobility sectors, along with a robust network of potential clients.
  • Proven success in business development and sales generation within a consulting framework.
