Role Overview:

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a thriving consultancy that is experiencing significant growth. The selected candidate will oversee supply chain and operational transformation initiatives for prestigious clients in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead extensive transformation projects for top-tier life sciences and pharmaceutical organizations, focusing on areas such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), advanced planning systems, operational frameworks, and supply-demand management.
  • Manage both large-scale and smaller project teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to key global clients.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with executive stakeholders from high-profile organizations worldwide.
  • Take ownership of the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives, functioning beyond a mere advisory role.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in management consulting within a supply chain context is essential.
  • Exposure to the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors is preferred, although candidates from other manufacturing backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects related to S&OP, advanced planning systems, operational models, and supply-demand planning.
  • Experience in sales or business development is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong academic credentials, ideally with a 2.1 degree or higher; a master's degree is a plus.
